I spent 15 years in business development at IBM, Dell and Google \u2014 demanding, stimulating environments where I learned what it really takes to succeed in a complex, competitive context.

Since 2020, as a certified professional coach who has run 250+ workshops for 2,000+ people, I've built on my leadership experience with expertise in facilitation and the ability to tailor each engagement to the sector, strategic priorities and maturity level of the people I work with.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

MY JOURNEY<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

After earning my dual degree in Innovation Management in 2006, I built my career in sales and senior management, riding the wave of the data explosion.
First at IBM, at the heart of the Data Storage division, in the era of hard drives and magnetic tape.
Then with Isilon, an innovative Big Data<\/em> startup acquired by EMC\u00b2, the global storage leader. Across Healthcare, Research and Industry, I led sales on huge projects (up to 120 petabytes) and discovered the potential of large-scale data analysis and prediction. I then took the lead of Isilon in France before joining Dell France's executive committee following our company's acquisition.
In 2017, I joined Google Cloud and witnessed the early days of mainstream AI through machine learning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

15 years supporting the world's acceleration.
15 years watching technology grow more powerful, and quietly widening the gap between those who master it and those who merely think they can use it \u2014 not to mention those who simply endure it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Beyond my growing environmental awareness, leaving Google also came from a sense that AI would soon reach a scale that could be difficult to control \u2014 one that would demand genuinely innovative responses, and work I preferred to devote myself to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bridgentu was born from that \u2014 from the conviction that more sustainable, human-centred models deserve support, and that my experience allows me to help those who want to get involved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Naturally, I bring the same attention to large enterprises, SMEs, social-economy organisations and public bodies alike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
